Dexteria was designed to be combined with iOS’s multi-touch screen feature. The hand and finger activities improve dexterity and handwriting, as well as strength and control. It has been declared effective by multiple research studies, including a study published in the Journal of Hand Therapy by Huntington University in 2016.
Instead of long, tedious amounts of time spent on the app’s features, the developers recommended the exercises be performed regularly in short sessions. It features an automatic tracking feature that’s useful for the patient and many others. The exercises are intended to speed recovery times from injuries and strokes.
